What is the shop like?
Bluebird Tattoo is staffed by the friendliest artists in the world, ever! The shop is brightly lit and extremely clean. The front area is very comfortable (wait till you see our couch!) with a TON of designs--over 4000 sheets of designs to see! Privacy is available, although tattoos and piercings are generally done in full view, so you'll know what you're in for before you get poked!
Where the hell is the shop at?
Central Ave. in Portage, Indiana, 1/2 mile east of Willowcreek Rd. From US80/90 or US94, exit at Portage, head south to Central Ave. and turn left. From US6, head north on Willowcreek to Central. Right across the street from Dairy Queen! (See us on Google Map)
Do you do piercings?
Yes, we have 2 full-time body piercers and all piercings are $40 each, $70 for pairs and $50 for septum, genital & industrial.
Is it safe?
Yes! We take every precaution possible to ensure that you don't need to worry. Our entire staff is trained in Prevention of Disease Transmission. All supplies are single use. All instruments are sterilized in an M7 autoclave which is tested monthly (records available on request) to ensure proper sterilization. You won't find a cleaner, safer shop.

Yes! We have a huge selection of top-quality 316L Surgical Steel and Titanium jewelry at guaranteed LOW PRICES. If we don't have what you want, you probably don't want it!
